She divorced her husband and they want to return to each other

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This is a message sent by the questioner, Muhammad 'Abd al-Rahman al-Hilal, from Dammam. He says: I am a young man, twenty-five years old. I married a girl, and three months after the marriage, a misunderstanding occurred between us, and she refused to live with me. After a long attempt to convince her to return to me, she refused. So I went to one of the courts in the Eastern Province, and she paid me a sum of thirty thousand riyals, which was the mahr I had paid in exchange for her divorce, along with the gifts I had sent her. At that time, she was pregnant. After giving birth, she wants to return to me, and I also want her to return. It is known that His Excellency the judge has divorced her from my responsibility. Is it permissible for us to return to each other or not?

Answer:
You must go back to the judge who granted the khul' (divorce at the wife's request for compensation) from you, and in his view lies blessing and sufficiency. He will issue a ruling for you in this matter based on what he knows of the Shari'ah of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He). If he sees fit to refer you to me and write a description of the situation with you, there is no harm in that. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah bless you.
