The second question of Fatwa No. ( 6985 )
Q2: When is a boy prohibited from entering upon a non-mahram woman, or is he not prohibited from doing so until he reaches puberty?
A2: He is prohibited after reaching puberty. However, if there is a likelihood of desire or fitnah (trial) from his side or from her side, he is prevented from entering upon her and being alone with her, in order to avoid fitnah. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
