Q2: What is the ruling on seclusion with a non-mahram woman and shaking her hand?
A2: It is not permissible to be in seclusion with a non-mahram woman; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:Al-Mustadrak lil-Hakim 2:94 narrated by Imam Ahmad with a sound chain
It is authentic from 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him). It is not permissible to shake hands with a non-mahram woman, as A'ishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said:Sahih al-Bukhari 5288 It was narrated by Muslim, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sunan Ibn Majah 2874Sahih (Darussalam) . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
