Claiming Inheritance from Deceased Siblings

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa No. ( 4738 )
Q: I inform you that my father has passed away, leaving behind four sons and four daughters. I, one of the sons, and three of the daughters are from both the mother and the father, while two of the sons and one daughter are from their respective mothers and my father. My brothers are from my father. After that, my brother from both the mother and the father passed away, and then two of the daughters from my mother and father passed away. I ask Allah, and then you, to inform me: Do I have the right to claim the rights of my brothers who passed away after my father's death?
A: If the situation is as you described, you have the right to claim your share from your deceased siblings. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
