Marriage of the Sexually Incapable

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 8497 )
Q3: I wish to marry to complete my religion, but I feel that I am unable to perform intercourse as it should be done. What do you advise me to do?
A3: We advise you to marry, and perhaps Allah will help you and strengthen you for what is required. If you succeed, that is well; otherwise, it is obligatory for you to divorce her, unless she is willing to remain with you. As for if you know that you are completely incapable, you must inform the prospective bride of this. If she accepts, praise be to Allah; otherwise, it is not permissible for you to deceive her. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
