A woman’s relinquishment of some of her rights

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 18494 )
Q4: I wish to marry a woman, and I want to stipulate that she has no right to a specific night for me to stay with her or a set time, but rather I come to her according to my desire. Also, she has no right to equality with her neighbors in matters other than what is
obligatory for me to provide her, such as financial maintenance and the like. She agrees to the aforementioned conditions. Is it permissible for me to do this religiously, and is there no sin upon me, or not?

A4: If a woman relinquishes some of her rights over you, there is no harm in that, whether that is stipulated at the time of the contract or not; for Allah the Exalted said:
And if a woman fears from her husband contempt or evasion, there is no sin upon them if they make terms of settlement between them - and settlement is bestوَإِنِ امْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِنْ بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا أَوْ إِعْرَاضًا فَلا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِمَا أَنْ يُصْلِحَا بَيْنَهُمَا صُلْحًا وَالصُّلْحُ خَيْرٌ
[An-Nisa 4:128]
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
