Paying the value of gold and silver in the session of the contract

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q2: Friends come to us and take gold from us, meaning they buy it, but we are shy of them, and they do not pay the price. Some of them want to marry off their daughter or something like that, and the account is not settled until after a long period. What is the ruling on this, and what is the way to get out of it?
A2: The ruling in this question is prohibition until the consideration is delivered in
the session of the contract; because that is from the issues of currency exchange; due to the aforementioned explanation that paper currency is in the position of gold and silver in terms of being a medium of exchange and the value of things. And the way to get out of that is: to pay the value of the gold and silver in the session of the contract; for what is established in the hadith of his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
Hand to handيدًا بيد
