Receiving the price of gold in the session of the contract

Fatwa number ( 7545 )
Q: A woman sold gold because she was in need, but she could not find a buyer.
So she borrowed from another woman the amount of 10,000 riyals, on the condition that she would take the gold she wanted to sell, which was (a stamped wristband), or she would sell this gold and pay her back from the proceeds. The woman took the gold and went and sold it to another woman. When she gave it to her, she said: “I will bring you the gold now.” She went and did not return, and it took a month and a half, and she did not bring the price of the gold, which was worth 10,000 riyals. The question is: Does this fall under the category of riba? And if it falls under the category of riba, on whom does the sin fall: on the woman who sold, or on the woman who bought?
A: If the matter is as described, then this sale is not permissible; because the price of the gold, which is the currency, was not received in the session of the contract. Both the seller and the buyer bear a share of the sin according to the magnitude of the crime they committed.
