The extent of the daughters' right to reside in the house if it is not sold without the consent of the heirs

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q3: What is the extent of the daughters' right to reside in the house if it is not sold without the consent of the heirs?
A3: No heir has the right to reside in the deceased's house after his death except with the permission of the other heirs; because ownership has transferred from the deceased to the heirs. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
