Q2: Is it permissible for me to bequeath the money that is with me, such as for building a mosque or any charitable work? Knowing that I have brothers, and their number is two, and each of them is in a job with a monthly salary of no less than 4000 riyals.
A2: A bequest is not permissible except for one-third or less, and it is not permissible for more than that. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
