Q8: A person who is fasted vomited and then swallowed his vomit without intention , what is the ruling?
A8: If he vomited intentionally, his fast is invalid, but if the vomiting overcame him, his fast is not invalidated, and likewise, swallowing it does not invalidate his fast as long as he is not intentional.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions.
