Disclosing the price of the item sold and not lying

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of the fatwa numbered ( 7849 )
Q5: An organization assigned one of its employees to purchase a specific item for it. After this employee searched and exerted effort to obtain the best quality at the lowest price, he found a merchant whose goods were good and whose price was the same as the rest of the market. The merchant said to him: “I will sell it to you for 12 qirsh per kilo, while the prevailing market price for this item is 14 qirsh, so you will have 2 qirsh per kilo (on the condition that it is recorded that he bought the kilo for 14 qirsh, like the market price).” Is it permissible for the employee to take these two qirsh or not?
A5: It is not permissible to take the two qirsh; because of the lying, forgery, and consuming wealth unjustly involved in that. He must write the price as it actually is, in fulfillment of the trust and to avoid lying and betrayal.
