Selling to the Bedouin and intercepting travelers

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of fatwa number ( 14409 ):
Q3: What is the ruling on selling to the Bedouin, and what is the ruling on intercepting travelers?
A3: It is not permissible to sell to the Bedouin, nor is it permissible to intercept travelers. They are those who bring their goods to sell in the market, and one intercepts them before they reach the market, buying from them at a low price and then bringing the goods to the market; based on his saying
(peace and blessings be upon him):
The caravans carrying merchandise should not be met on the way to purchase from them; a man in the city should not sell for a man of the desert.لا تلقوا الركبان، ولا يبع حاضر لباد
