The dark discharge after purification from menstruation
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 13333 )
Q2: If a woman’s menstruation comes, and after six days nothing comes out with her, so she bathed, prayed, and fasted, and then after two days blood came to her for one day, then it stopped, so she bathed, prayed, and fasted, and then blood came to her for one day again, what should she do? Are her prayers and fasting valid after the first six days, i.e., the duration of menstruation? And does she pray and fast on these days in which she sees blood, or does she make up the prayer and fasting after the blood is gone? And is it obligatory for her to bathe when she sees blood from it, like the bath for menstruation, or not? If she is in her menstrual days after five days and no blood has come out of her, and she left the sixth day as a precaution out of fear of blood coming out, and if she does not see it, does she bathe on the sixth day, i.e., the precautionary day? Is it obligatory for her to pray if she bathes at the end of the sixth day, all the prayers of that day? I ask you to inform me.
A2: The woman sits (abstains) from prayer and fasting on the days of her menstruation. When she sees purification, it is obligatory for her to bathe and make up the fasting, but not the prayer. If
she sees yellow or dark discharge after purification, she fasts and prays, and its presence does not harm her, but she performs wudu after the time enters for each prayer; due to the saying of Umm Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her):Sunan an-Nasa'i 368Sahih (Darussalam) . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

We used not to regard yellowish and brownish discharge as anything important
