Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of the fatwa number ( 8365 )
Q 3: Does the ablution become invalid if a person gargles but does not insert his finger into his mouth, because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) used to gargle with his finger, and is this report authentic from him (peace and blessings be upon him)?
A 3: Praise be to Allah alone, and blessings and peace be upon His Messenger, his family, and his Companions.. And after: The ablution is valid without inserting one’s finger into the mouth during gargling, as for the report, it was narrated by the Imam Ahmad with a weak chain. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
