The Takbir for Entering the Prayer and the Takbir for Bowing

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of Fatwa No. ( 7527 )
Q1: I am the imam of a congregational mosque, and I have a little knowledge and understanding. One day, one of the citizens, a guide, may Allah guide us and them, in al-Khafji , said in front of the worshippers: Many people, when they enter the mosque and find the worshippers in bowing, must say two takbirs: the takbir of entering the prayer and then the takbir for bowing. So answer us regarding the validity: Is it necessary to say two takbirs in the case of bowing, or does one enter with them with a single takbir, which is the takbir of entering the prayer? May Allah reward you and guide your steps on the path of good.
A1: It is obligatory for the ma'mum (one praying behind the imam) when entering the prayer while the imam is bowing to say a single takbir, which is the takbir of prohibition (tahrim), saying it while standing,
and the takbir for bowing is included in the first takbir. And if he says two takbirs, one for entering the prayer and the second for bowing, that is good. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
