Q2: A person entered the mosque and found the imam in the bowing position. Is that person required to say the takbir twice, or is one sufficient for him to enter with the imam in the bowing position, or is it necessary to say two takbirs: the takbir of ihram and then the takbir of bowing?
A2: He says the takbir of ihram while standing, then he says the takbir of bowing. If he is content with just the takbir of ihram in the situation mentioned, that suffices for him. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
