The prayer of one who prays more than one obligatory prayer with a single ablution

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 8419 )
Q2: If a man performs ablution for the Maghrib prayer, prays, and does not intend with this ablution anything other than Maghrib, then the 'Isha' prayer comes while he is still in that state of ablution and he prays , is his prayer permissible or not?
A2: Prayer is permissible after ritual purity, whether obligatory or voluntary, even if one did not intend it at the time of ablution; for what Muslim narrated from Buraydah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
offered prayers with one ablution on the day of the Conquest (of Mecca)صلى الصلوات يوم الفتح بوضوء واحد
Sahih Muslim 277
, and on this basis, the 'Isha' prayer with the Maghrib ablution is valid even if it was not intended, and likewise if
he performed ablution for the Duha prayer and did not intend the Dhuhr prayer, then Dhuhr comes while he is in a state of purity, he prays Dhuhr with it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
