Fatwa number ( 7586 ):
Q: I came across a qudsi hadith in the book [Minhaj al-Salihin min Ahadith wa Snnat Khatam al-Anbiya' wa al-Mursalīn] (The Path of the Righteous from the Hadiths and Sunnah of the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers), by its author 'Izz al-Din Biliq, and I found it in the chapter on qudsi hadiths, with the text as follows: It was narrated by Tamam and Ibn 'Asakir and al-Dailami from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Ka'b from his father. According to what is stated in the introduction of this book by the author, he does not narrate contradictory hadiths and excludes weak hadiths
or fabricated ones, so we relied on this book. However, after some time, I found in the book [Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Da'ifah wa al-Mawdu'ah] (The Chain of Weak and Fabricated Hadiths) by al-Albani that this hadith is fabricated. Therefore, we would like to know the grade of this hadith, and whether we can recite it or not? What is your opinion of the book [Minhaj al-Salihin], and can we rely on it? And your opinion of the book [Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Da'ifah wa al-Mawdu'ah] by al-Albani ? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.
A: The hadith you mentioned is fabricated, as stated by Shaykh Muhammad Nasir al-Albani ; because in its chain is Yusuf ibn al-Safar , who is one of those who fabricate hadiths. From this, it becomes clear that the book [Minhaj al-Salihin] contains both authentic and inauthentic hadiths, so it should not be relied upon. As for the book [Silsilat al-Ahadith al-Da'ifah wa al-Mawdu'ah], its author is well-versed in hadith, strong in his critique and judgment of them as authentic or weak, though he may err. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Allah revealed to Dawud: By My might, there is no servant who takes refuge in Me against My creation, and I know that from his intention, so I will not let the heavens and the earth and what is in them conspire against him without I make for him a way out from among them. And there is no servant who takes refuge in a created thing against Me, and I know that from his intention, without I cut off the ties of the heavens before him and cause the earth to sink beneath his feet. And there is no servant who obeys Me without I giving him before he asks Me, and responding to him before he calls upon Me, and forgiving him before he seeks My forgiveness
