Q2: Is it part of Islam for one to bend in respect when greeting his brother, or to remove his sandals and bend in respect? Because all of this is the custom of our fathers, and therefore we hope for a comprehensive explanation from you, please?
A2: It is not permissible to bend when greeting, nor to remove one's sandals for him. And success is from Allah. May Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
