Disbelief in the Attributes

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Questions three and four of Fatwa number ( 9272 ):
Q 3 and 4: What is disbelief in the attributes, and is there a difference between the stubborn scholar and the one who interprets them in that regard?
A: First: Disbelief in the attributes of Allah the Exalted is denying what is known to be established from them after the message has been conveyed, or deviating from them by distorting their intended meaning without a doubt that would excuse one for such a thing. Second: One who opposes the truth in this matter out of stubbornness after clarification and the establishment of proof is a disbeliever who is not excused, and one who opposes it by interpreting it due to a doubt that would excuse one for such a thing is a mistaken person who is excused, and he is rewarded for his independent legal reasoning. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
