Entering into a matter that requires shaving the beard and the inability to perform some of the prayers
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 3177 ):
Q: Is it permissible to enter into a matter that requires shaving the beard and the inability to perform some of the prayers at their prescribed times, and to obey military orders in what Allah has forbidden?
A: It is not permissible for a Muslim to enter into a matter that necessitates these things or some of them; because they are sins against Allah and His Messenger. And if he is forced without his choice and compelled by the authority, the matter is not up to him, and we hope that Allah will make for him a relief and an exit, for He is the One who said, Exalted is He:[At-Talaq 65:2-3] and the One who said, Exalted is He: [At-Talaq 65:4] . And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا (2) وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لاَ يَحْتَسِبُAnd whoever fears Allah - He will make for him of his matter ease.
