Does the one who prays move his finger during the tashahhud?

The questioner : I went for 'Umrah, and I was listening to a religious lesson, so I asked a question: does a person move his finger during the tashahhud? The Shaykh did not answer me, so I want to ask you.

The Shaykh : He moves it, may Allah reward you.

The questioner : He moves it?

The Shaykh : This is the correct Sunnah: to move it, from the moment you sit for the tashahhud until you say the taslim.

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh : And may Allah reward you.
