The presence of individuals in the pre-Islamic age of ignorance who called to the oneness of Allah.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Then, you know that there were individuals in the time of the pre-Islamic age of ignorance who were monotheists, worshipping Allah alone, and they turned away from their people who worshipped idols. So the call to the oneness of Allah remained standing, the call of Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and Isma'il. But as they say, "How much today resembles yesterday!" Meaning, today the call to the oneness of Allah is like that time. The oneness of Allah today is strange in the lands of Islam entirely; because they know the oneness of Allah that Allah is One and there is no creator with Him, that is it. But as for the oneness of worship, the oneness of the names and attributes, that is something the masses do not know.
"Leave what the Christians claimed about their Prophet *** And judge as you wish in it and seek arbitration."
This is what their poet said, Allah is the Greatest! What else did he say?
"For from Your generosity is the world and its harm ***" It is not just the world; the Hereafter as well! The Messenger was generous with the Hereafter, what is this misguidance, the Hereafter is what he owns!
"For from Your generosity is the world and its harm *** And from Your knowledge is the knowledge of the Tablet and the Pen."
This is associating partners with Allah in the attributes. The masses today do not know about associating partners with Allah in the attributes. Ah, the Shaykh reveals the seekers to see what is in their hearts! The Knower of the Unseen! The Knower of what is in the breasts! All this oneness of Allah is abrogated today.
The student : We do not say about these people: disbelievers...

The Shaykh : We do not pass judgment on them. Here, you remind me of a phrase: I say, "Not everyone who falls into disbelief has disbelief passed upon him."
The student : Second, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh: Huh?
The student : The second phrase.

The Shaykh : "Not everyone who falls into disbelief has disbelief passed upon him."
The student : ... .

The Shaykh : It is necessary to note the conditions and clauses that we mentioned scattered here and there on the occasion, but the truth is that the matter is precise and very, very precise, and the group of those who declare people disbelievers, whether in the past or the present, never dwell on these details at all.
Oh Lord!
The student : We ask a question, Abu Hammam, do you still have questions about the topic?
Another student: One question and then!
The student : You prefer to let him formulate the questions, Shaykh, we do not want to leave it to one person!
Another student: We are based on the tape...
The student : It is not a problem with the tape, many benefit from it.
Another student: We will send them all, if Allah wills.
The student : All of them, if Allah wills. Please, our Shaykh, please, we do not want to give Abu Hammam the sufficient share.
Another student: You are the blacksmith, but I know more about blacksmithing than you, the priority is mine!

The Shaykh : I do not know a blacksmith other than you [everyone laughs!], he is the one who determined the mesh I have.
