What is your opinion on some of the brothers citing the women’s prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the same mosque without a barrier?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Some of the brothers cite the women’s prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the same mosque without a hijab or barrier, and also the circumambulation of the Ka'bah.

The Shaykh : And also?

The questioner : The circumambulation of the Ka'bah, with men and women mixing during the tawaf.

The Shaykh : The tawaf, ah, yes.

The questioner : The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not, for example, designate a day for women for the tawaf, or a day for men, or an hour for men and an hour for women.

The Shaykh: Yes.

The questioner : They use these generalities to argue that free mixing is permissible if the woman is veiled?

The Shaykh : In reality, this does not stand up as a free scientific research in this claim or this argument, as they say today, meaning the absence of bias toward an opinion we wish to support regardless of the circumstances. We have presented statements from the Book of Allah and from the hadiths of the Messenger of Allah and his actions, all of which align with the principle of sadd al-dhara'i' (blocking the means to harm). So why do they not pay attention to all these texts? First, they are more numerous than the ones they claim to cite, and clearer in their indication of what we assert. Second, there is no text stating that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) did not prevent women from mixing with men in the tawaf. On the contrary, it is established in the Sunnah, and I believe it is in "Tabaqat Ibn Sa'd," if my memory serves me correctly, that "the Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) was seen performing tawaf in a section separated from the men"; meaning she was kept at a distance from the men.
This is the Mother of the Believers observing the meanings of the evidence we mentioned from the Book of Allah and from the hadith of the Messenger of Allah. We have no text indicating that women in the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) used to perform tawaf mixed with men, to be cited for what you quoted from those people. This is merely a claim. We say to people like these: if we did not have those texts that contradict your claim, we would be content to say to you:
"And claims, unless you establish for them *** proofs, their offspring are claimants."

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.
