Covering the face and hands of a woman and her not mixing with men

The first and second questions from Fatwa No. ( 7892 )
Q1:Is it permissible in the Shari'ah for men and women to gather to visit one another, even if the women are wearing hijab? By hijab, I mean here: wearing loose, baggy clothes that are not transparent and do not reveal the body shape, except for the face, which is of course not covered. So, is it permissible if a brother in Allah happens to visit me with his wife, that we sit together in one gathering, with our wives present, and we talk? Knowing that the conversation may not be entirely about religion, but may touch on some personal social matters specific to each of us. Q2: Is it permissible for one or two men to gather with a group of women, some of whom are wearing hijab and others may not be wearing the Shari'ah hijab, in order to discuss topics related to organizing special gatherings for women to discuss their affairs? I want to provide more clarification for this question: We are students inthe United States, and we have an organization called: (The Muslim Students Organization), which unites us through the bond of Islamic brotherhood, and we have wives, and we have weekly meetings in the mosque in the form of circles
for lessons, some on the Qur'an, the Sunnah, the biography of the Prophet, and similar matters. We have become accustomed to the lesson being given to the women in a special hall for them via microphone. However, because some women no longer care about some of the lesson topics, the brothers, including the president of the association and his vice-president, decided to meet with the women to know their opinion about the lessons and what they see should be done. I objected to them in this; because there is more than one way to know their opinion without meeting with them, either through one of their wives or through a meeting of the women among themselves, then they send one of them, let it be one of their wives, to inform the president or his vice-president of the matter, instead of men meeting with women. What is your opinion in this, and what is the Shari'ah ruling in that? May Allah reward you with good.
A1, 2: First: It is obligatory for a woman to cover her face and hands from non-mahram men. Second: It is forbidden for men and women to mix. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
