Explaining the danger of one who doubts the hasan hadith

The Shaykh : For this reason — may Allah bless you — doubting the hasan hadith means doubting the entire science of terminology. And if one doubts the science of terminology, he doubts fiqh, because fiqh, as I mentioned to you just now, is built upon the science of hadith. Therefore, the danger of these people is great. We advise them to return to their senses, to follow the path of the believers, and not to be deceived by their intellects or their knowledge, for it is still shallow knowledge. I have reached eighty-four years of age by the Islamic calendar, and eighty-two by the Christian calendar. To this day, I acknowledge my mistakes. Why? Because knowledge at the beginning of the flow is not the same as knowledge in the middle, nor is it the same as knowledge at the end. These deceived people, unfortunately, did not take heed from the predecessors. One of them had an old madhhab in fiqh and a new madhhab. Another did not have an old and new madhhab, but he had different madhahabs on a single issue. Why? Because what was hidden from a person before may become apparent to him later. So take heed, O you who have insight. Perhaps I have answered you.
