Mention of the issue: Is a dhimmia (a non-Muslim under Muslim protection) executed if he intentionally kills a Muslim?

The Shaykh : So, in this hadith, it is established that if any of the dhimmis (non-Muslims under Muslim protection) kills a Muslim by any means, that dhimmia is executed, and there is no injustice or oppression in that for them, because the killing is only a just retribution. Since a Muslim who intentionally and deliberately kills a Muslim is executed for it, it is even more fitting and more obligatory that a killer who is a disbeliever from among the dhimmis be executed for it.
