Can the Noble Qur'an be interpreted in the Arabic language only?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The student: They interpret the Qur'an in the Arabic language

The Shaykh : Yes
The student: Relying on the Arabic language only, without

The Shaykh : It is not possible to interpret the Qur'an in the Arabic language only. Yes, we gave an example of the verse
They who believe and do not mix their belief with injustice - those will have security, and they are [rightly] guided. الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَلَمْ يَلْبِسُوا إِيمَانَهُمْ بِظُلْمٍ أُولَئِكَ لَهُمُ الْأَمْنُ وَهُمْ مُهْتَدُونَ
[Al-An'am 6:82]
and how the verse was difficult for some of the Companions, so they said, "None of us is free from having his faith mixed with something of injustice, so are we not guided?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said to them: ليس الأمر كذلك ألم تقرؤوا قول العبد الصالح يا بني لا تشرك بالله إن الشرك لظلم عظيم It is not so. Have you not read the saying of the righteous servant: "O my sons, do not associate anything with Allah. Indeed, shirk is great injustice." This great injustice, which is shirk (associating partners with Allah), is what is meant by the first verse whose matter was difficult for the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).
Can we imagine a person, or rather people, or rather a nation, who would be more understanding of the Arabic language than those upon whom the Qur'an was revealed directly? The answer is obviously no. So this is an example from hundreds of examples that indicate that an Arab, whose speech is not affected by foreign accents or foreignness, cannot understand the Qur'an independently of the explanation of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him).
Therefore, it is obligatory for every scholar who wants to understand the Qur'an as Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) intended to seek assistance in that through the Sunnah, and the authentic Sunnah. It is not possible to distinguish the authentic Sunnah from the weak one, as we gave an example of this so-called revelation in the past, nor by the claimed intellect in the present. Rather, the reference for all of this is the science of hadith, which is a science that helps in knowing what was in the early periods by way of studying the chains of narration (isnad) by which those reports came. And peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. And so, here are some examples that clarify the issue and make it clearer, and make people fully convinced that there is no way to understand the Qur'an except through the Sunnah. We mentioned earlier some verses and some hadiths, and the last hadith we mentioned was:
I have left with you two things; you will not go astray as long as you hold fast to them: the Book of Allah and my Sunnah. They will not separate until they return to me at the Pool. تركت فيكم أمرين لن تضلوا ما إن تمسكتم بهما كتاب الله وسنتي ولن يتفرقا حتى يردا علي الحوض
