The questioner : This is a question from some women who say: There are some sisters in the College of Science for Women who differ from us in methodology, meaning they are good sisters, and they try to include songs and plays in every activity, and we are always in disagreement with them; that is, we are Salafis and others, but the problem is that at the beginning of each new academic year, there are new sisters who come to the college, and when they see this disagreement, they are repelled from commitment and so on. These people do not care about anything except the state of the Muslim world, and they do not seek out authentic hadiths, and so on. What do you advise us to do in dealing with them? May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : I advise them to be steadfast, to be steadfast, because the end does not justify the means, as is the case with many young men and women in this time. As mentioned in the question, they do not care about the Book or the Sunnah, but rather about calling people to an Islam that is not understood, and they sometimes justify for those being called what is not permissible in the Shari'ah in order to win their hearts. So I command them to be steadfast on the knowledge and understanding of the Book and the Sunnah that Allah has granted them.
