What is your opinion of the group that calls itself the people of hadith, and interprets the hadith according to their own understanding?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The questioner says: What is your opinion of the group that calls itself the people of hadith, and interprets the hadith according to their own understanding, and says - when they are reminded of the sayings of the Salaf - "They are men and we are men, and we have our opinion and they have their opinion"?

The Shaykh : There is no one among the people of hadith who says this word; unless they are from some of the young, newly emerged individuals in this time. These people are deluded, and they are not from the people of hadith. Because the people of hadith follow the Salaf and do not contradict them, and then they follow the Imams who preceded them and do not rely on their own understanding against them. If someone says such a word, it means that he has declared himself to be from the deluded. "Those are men and we are men!" - What Allah wills! - Have you not seen what the poet said? In a verse of poetry that I used to memorize but did not mention, well.
... ... ...
[A question comes to the Shaykh, which is the one following this, and he answers it]The Shaykh : , then he returns to adding what fits the answer here] :
Now that verse has come to my mind which I did not recall just now, and it is a beautiful Arabic verse:
And the calf of the she-camel, if it is tied in a corner, *** cannot exert the strength of the mature she-camels.
What is that?

The questioner : The mature she-camels.

The Shaykh : "The mature she-camels."
And the calf of the she-camel, do you know what a calf of the she-camel is?

The questioner : The she-camel.

The Shaykh : Oh?

The questioner : The she-camel.

The Shaykh : The she-camel.
And the calf of the she-camel, if it is tied in a corner, *** cannot exert the strength of the mature she-camels.
So these young people today, from the small students, are all deluded, with great regret. As for it being said that the old people of hadith would say about the Companions and the Tabi'un and those after them: "They are men and we are men"; this verse is the one that suits them.
Yes.
