Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : O Shaykh, regarding a man, meaning you work for him, and he accuses you of something, so you swear to him by Allah, saying to him: "I am more truthful than the One who created you." Is the ruling on this that he is a disbeliever?

The Shaykh : I, I, what?

The questioner : "I am more truthful than the One who created you"!!

The Shaykh : What do you mean?

The questioner : I mean, the intention... he is lying, he is lying to the person.

Another questioner : More truthful.

The questioner : So if you swear to him by Allah, saying, "I am more truthful than the One who created you."

Another questioner : That means he is lying to Allah (Mighty and Majestic).

The Shaykh : This is disbelief without a doubt. So if he knows what he is saying, it is disbelief.
