Clarification that the scope of Hajj on behalf of another is very narrow, and what is obligatory for the one who performs Hajj on behalf of another

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Therefore, we imagine... the one who is accompanied by knowledge, and that is the father who is unable to perform Hajj. Perhaps he is like him, or perhaps he was unable to perform Hajj in the first year and the second year, then illness struck him and he managed the matter, so he tasked a relative to perform Hajj on his behalf.
So, and this is the crux of this speech, the scope of Hajj on behalf of another is very narrow. I hope that some of our brothers do not get involved in something that tempts them to perform Hajj to the Sacred House of Allah, and to pray in the mosque of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and consider that an excuse to perform Hajj on behalf of any person. This is not permissible. Rather, he should seek clarification. If he finds that the person for whom he is performing Hajj is one of the two categories mentioned previously, then this is a bounty that Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He) has sent to him, so let him seize it. As for anything else, it is not permissible to perform Hajj on his behalf, because no one performs Hajj on behalf of another except what is indicated by the evidence, and we have known that there are two types.
Then he performs Hajj on his behalf as he would perform it for himself, without being lax. He should observe, for example, that this Hajj is not for himself, so let him perform the Hajj for him with the minimum that makes the Hajj valid. What makes the Hajj valid? For example, Hajj Ifrad. So he performs Hajj Ifrad on his behalf; that is, he does not bring him an 'Umrah, so that he has not fulfilled the obligatory, and has contradicted the previous hadith:
Umrah has been entered into Hajj until the Day of Resurrection. دخلت العمرة في الحجِّ إلى يوم القيامة
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 932Sahih (Darussalam)
, and then he has not fulfilled the right of the price he received for his Hajj.
