The questioner : Also, Brother Muhammad, if you allow him a question, he says: I gave someone a Pepsi, and a prize came out of it, or this one. Who is it the right of?

The Shaykh : It is your right.

The questioner : This prize came out of the Pepsi bottle.

The Shaykh : It belongs to the one to whom the bottle was given, the one it was gifted to.

The questioner : Yes, especially because some opinions differ. For example, according to the opinion ofThe Shaykh : Abu Malik, he says, meaning, he drinks it and leaves the tea at home; he has no right to take it, it is just for drinking.

The Shaykh : This is where opinions differ, may Allah guide you.

The questioner : The issue is one of disagreement, yes.

The Shaykh: May Allah guide you.
The student : You are not present in his house.

The questioner : And the question was general; it was not about being in the house or not in the house. The question was general.

The Shaykh : For the general case, stick to the general ruling. Why didn't you accept keeping it general? Because you knew that was not the answer to your question.
