The ruling on greeting the mosque for one who leaves it with the intention of returning

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: We see some of the brothers praying Maghrib with you, and after the prayer, the distribution of papers takes place outside the mosque. If they go out and then return to the mosque, do they pray the greeting of the mosque in this case, or do they not?
They do not pray the greeting of the mosque. Those who leave the mosque to take the papers, which are close to the mosque, and then return, do not have to pray the greeting of the mosque. It is like if a person leaves to perform wudu' from the mosque's bathroom, which is close, and then returns; he does not need to pray the greeting of the mosque.
