The non-prescription of delivering a sermon over the grave on a permanent basis

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling on delivering a sermon over the grave on a permanent basis?
What I see is that it is contrary to the Sunnah; because it was not the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who was the most sincere of creation toward creation, and the most eager to convey the truth. We do not know that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) ever stood over a grave and delivered a sermon, speaking as a preacher does. Rather, what occurred from him were words,For example: what occurred from him when they reached the grave and before it was dug, when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sat down and the people sat around him, and he began to tap the ground with his belt and tell them what happens at the time of death.
And this was not a sermon; he never stood as a preacher among the people to admonish them and speak with them.

Second: When he was standing on the edge of the grave, he said (peace and blessings be upon him): "None of you is there whose place in Paradise or Hell has not been written,So they said: O Messenger of Allah, should we then abandon our deeds and rely on Allah? He said: Work, for everyone is facilitated for what he was created for".
As for making this a custom, where whenever a dead person is buried, one of the people stands up as a preacher to speak, this is not at all the custom of the Salaf. Let this matter be referred back to the Sunnah. I fear that this is an act of excessive piety (tanattu'); because the occasion is truly one of humility and tranquility, not one of stirring up emotions. The places for sermons are the pulpits and the mosques, as the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) used to do. And it is not possible to use the specific as evidence for the general.

If someone were to say: We will take the hadith of Ali when he stood on the edge of the grave, and also the other hadith when he sat waiting for the grave to be dug and spoke to them,If someone were to say: we want to make it a basis for this issue.

We said: That is not correct; because if it had been a basis for this issue, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would have practiced it during his lifetime. So when he left it, his leaving it is the Sunnah.
