Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (or a poor man covered in dust)

Allah the Exalted said:
Or a needy person in miseryأَوْ مِسْكِيناً ذَا مَتْرَبَةٍ
[Surat al-Balad: 16] The poor man is the one who does not find sustenance for himself or for his dependents,And the dust: a place of dust,And the meaning is: that he is a poor man who has nothing in his hands except dust,And it is known that when it is said about a man: he has nothing but dust, so the meaning is: he is extremely poor, he has no food, no clothing, and no wealth, so he is a poor man covered in dust.
