The ruling on one who prays facing the Hijr and with his back to the Ka'bah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! You said in various places: It is not permissible to perform tawaf between the Hijr and the Ka'bah, so is prayer permissible if a person faces the Hijr and turns his back to the Ka'bah?
Prayer is not valid if one turns his back to the Ka'bah and faces the Hijr; because the end of the Hijr on the northern side is outside the Ka'bah, so it is a wall in a place that is not its place, and thus what faces it from the Ka'bah is empty space, not a distinct, standing object to which one prays. Then, I think that such an action does not occur except out of playfulness or mockery. How can one pray with the Ka'bah behind him while facing the northern wall of the Hijr?! Only a mocking person, a scoffer, or a fool would do this, since the entire Hijr is not part of the Ka'bah, but only a measure of six and a half cubits is part of the Ka'bah, and the rest is not part of the Ka'bah.
