Among the signs of the Hour
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
It is known that the knowledge of the Hour is with Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He), but the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned some of its signs and indicators. He mentioned among its signs what Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: (that knowledge will be taken away, earthquakes will increase, and trials will increase) , as well as many other signs. Are the many earthquakes currently happening on Earth among the signs of the Hour?
The apparent view is that the increase in earthquakes is among the signs of the Hour, or that the increase in trials is among the signs of the Hour. Trials are numerous now, as you see, and the signs of the Hour are many. These earthquakes are numerous, and the scholars who are truly scholars are also few. Many of the scholars today are either state scholars or scholars of the nation, and few are scholars of the religion.
