The Response to Those Who Claim That Tawhid al-Uluhiyyah Is a Newly Invented Matter

If the man dislikes tawhid al-uluhiyyah and says: This is something that Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Wahhab al-Najdi introduced, so how do we respond to him?
We respond to him by saying: Did Muhammad ibn 'Abd al-Wahhab al-Najdi come before the Qur'an, or after the Qur'an?He will say: After the Qur'an, without a doubt;So we say to him: The entire Qur'an is filled with establishing tawhid al-uluhiyyah,And we list for him some of the verses on this: [Al-Imran: 18] [Al-Baqarah: 21] [Al-Anbiya: 25] [An-Nahl: 36] .
And there are many verses on this, and the Qur'an is full of them,Therefore: It is the Qur'an that called to tawhid al-uluhiyyah, made it obligatory, and bound people to it.

Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him, and [so do] the angels and those of knowledge - [that He is] maintaining [creation] in justice. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
شَهِدَ اللَّهُ أَنَّهُ لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَالْمَلائِكَةُ وَأُولُو الْعِلْمِ قَائِماً بِالْقِسْطِ لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُO mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous -
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اعْبُدُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَAnd We sent not before you any messenger except that We revealed to him that, "There is no deity except Me, so worship Me."
وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ مِنْ رَسُولٍ إِلَّا نُوحِي إِلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ لا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنَا فَاعْبُدُونِAnd We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], "Worship Allah and avoid Taghut."
وَلَقَدْ بَعَثْنَا فِي كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ رَسُولاً أَنِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ وَاجْتَنِبُوا الطَّاغُوتَAnd there are many verses on this, and the Qur'an is full of them,Therefore: It is the Qur'an that called to tawhid al-uluhiyyah, made it obligatory, and bound people to it.
