Ruling on the statement: “Islam has a core and a shell”]

Does Islam have a shell such that we say: Is this issue part of the shell or the details?
Islam has no shell; it is all principles, all core, all beneficial, and all good.Allah, Blessed and Exalted, said:
But who is better than Allah in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith].وَمَنْ أَحْسَنُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حُكْماً لِقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ
[Al-Ma'idah: 50] ,And Allah the Exalted said:
That is the judgement of Allah; He judges between you. And Allah is Knowing and Wise.ذَلِكُمْ حُكْمُ اللَّهِ يَحْكُمُ بَيْنَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ
[Al-Mumtahanah: 10] ,And Allah the Exalted said:
Is not Allah the most just of judges?أَلَيْسَ اللَّهُ بِأَحْكَمِ الْحَاكِمِينَ
[Al-Tin: 8] And all of this indicates that there is nothing in the Qur'an that is without benefit.
Yes, in Islam some matters are more emphasized than others; the obligatory prayers are more emphasized than voluntary ones, and prayer is better than fasting, and so on.As for it being said: As for saying “shell and core,” no, it is not permissible for us to say this at all; because this implies that there is something in the Qur'an that is without benefit, just as there is no benefit in a shell.
