Ruling on the li'an of a slave woman, a Jewish woman, and a Christian woman

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
If a man has a Christian, Jewish, or slave woman under his roof, does li'an take place between them?
As for the slave woman, there is no li'an between him and her, because she is a slave and not his wife. And Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) said:
And those who accuse their wives [of adultery] and have no witnesses except themselvesوَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ شُهَدَاءُ إِلَّا أَنْفُسُهُمْ
[al-Nur:6] .
As for the Jewish and Christian women, li'an applies to them just as it applies to a Muslim woman.Due to the generality of His saying, the Exalted:
And those who accuse their wives [of adultery] and have no witnesses except themselves - then the witness of one of them [shall be] four testimonies [swearing] by Allahوَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ شُهَدَاءُ إِلَّا أَنْفُسُهُمْ فَشَهَادَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعُ شَهَادَاتٍ بِاللَّهِ
[al-Nur:6] .
