Ruling on performing 'Isha' before Maghrib out of ignorance

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
ً
A man prayed Maghrib, then when the time for establishing the 'Isha' prayer arrived, he remembered that his wiping over his socks had ended during the Maghrib prayer, and that he had prayed Maghrib without ritual purity. So he performed ablution and prayed 'Isha', and after the 'Isha' prayer he prayed Maghrib. Is his action valid? The Shaykh: As for what has passed, there is no harm, and he does not have to repeat it; because the most that is in it is that he began with 'Isha' before Maghrib thinking that that was permissible, and this is not a problem. But in the future, if you enter and you have not prayed Maghrib and the people are praying 'Isha', then intend Maghrib. Then, if you entered in the first rak'ah, when he stands for the fourth, sit down, recite the tashahhud, and say the taslim, then enter with the imam in what remains of the 'Isha' prayer. And if you entered with him in the second, say the taslim with him; because you have prayed three. And if you entered with him in the third, make up one rak'ah.

Therefore: His prayer is valid, because the most that is in it is that he performed 'Isha' before Maghrib out of ignorance, and this does not harm. But our discussion is about the future: If I come and the people are praying 'Isha': do I enter with the intention of 'Isha', or do I pray Maghrib alone and then enter with them with the intention of 'Isha', or do I enter with them with the intention of Maghrib? We say: Enter with them with the intention of Maghrib. If you enter in the first rak'ah, when the imam stands for the fourth, he sits and recites the tashahhud and says the taslim, then he stands and prays with the imam what remains of the 'Isha' prayer. And if you enter in the second, say the taslim with the imam; because he has completed three. And if you enter in the third, make up one rak'ah. And if you enter in the fourth, make up two rak'ahs.
