If that is not possible, let them join one of the scholars in their country and memorize the Qur'an with him, or read to him from the hadith, or from the scholarly books of Islamic law.
As for the older men and the shaykhs: My advice to them is to increase their contact with the young men through meetings, lectures, and seminars; because this vacation, in reality, if it is not used for good, it will be used for evil; because the idleness of the young men is destruction.As the poet said:
Indeed, the youth, idleness, and wealth are a corruption for a man, the greatest of corruptions.

And I ask Allah the Exalted to guide everyone to what is good and righteous.
