The Break and How to Make the Most of It.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : I return to the test of this world: our sons and daughters are now being tested to obtain a result, an academic result, and they may or may not obtain it. But what comes after this exhausting, tiring effort? A break, which is called a vacation, so that a person can rest from the toil that has passed and prepare for the future. This is the purpose of the break. But how does the person who has been granted a break spend it? What does he do with it? People differ greatly in this. Let us review what we know of this, and let those who know what we do not tell us and teach us.
Some people make the most of this break by devoting themselves to knowledge, studying what has come before, preparing for what is to come, and calling people to Allah (Mighty and Majestic) in the villages and towns. There is no doubt that this is good, a great good, from which a person benefits and by which he benefits others. How good it would be if a group of brothers obtained a permit from the responsible authorities and went to the south, the east, the north, or the west of the Kingdom! The outlying areas of the Kingdom need knowledge, they need Islamic knowledge, and they need the call to Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He). How often we receive requests for us to attend, or for us to have someone from the students of knowledge attend! There is no doubt that this is the best way to spend the break.
