Ruling on bringing a maid from her country without a mahram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
I brought a maid from her country without a mahram because it was difficult to bring a mahram, and I brought her out of pressing need for her. What is the ruling of the Shari'ah in this matter?
First, one should do without maids as much as possible and not bring them in except out of dire necessity. This is because a woman remaining at home idle, not moving or working, is harmful to her body and also to her thinking, as she will remain inactive, which leads to the occurrence of certain diseases such as rheumatism and diabetes. Also, her thinking becomes dull, and harmful obsessions and anxieties take hold of her. However, if dire necessity calls for it, there is nothing wrong with it;However, we see that two things are necessary: The first matter: that the maid be Muslim.

The second matter: That she have a mahram (relative one may not marry) with her.

As for the first matter: For a disbeliever should not remain between your two sides in your home with your family and children. Even if the harm were only that the people of the house stand for prayer and this woman does not pray, the children would ask: Why does this woman not pray? And since they love her, they would then believe that prayer is not necessary. This is if she does not teach them her religion, as some people have mentioned to us that they hear the maid teaching the young boys that Isa is Allah (Mighty and Majestic). We ask Allah for safety! And this is not far-fetched; because it is a religion in her view, a religion that benefits and brings one closer to Allah, so she sees teaching the children as doing them a favor.

As for the second: And the presence of a mahram; because we have heard terrible things happen when there is no mahram with her, especially if there are adolescent boys in the house, for in that case there is fitnah, evil, and calamity. By this, the ruling of the Shari'ah becomes clear: a woman does not travel except with a mahram. Therefore, I do not see a dispensation for a person to bring a maid unless her mahram is with her. And he will benefit from the mahram; he can handle the household needs from the market, and perhaps he can be a driver who the owner of the house can make use of.So the important thing is that: First: a maid is not to be brought in except out of necessity.

Second: That she be Muslim.

Third: That she have a mahram (relative one may not marry) with her.
