The ruling on using another person's money without his permission

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the ruling on disposing of money that a person has entrusted to be delivered to someone, if the entrusted person disposes of it without the owner's consent? For example, if he was at a grocery store and did not have any money of his own, but found this money he was entrusted to deliver, so he used it, knowing that he will return it?

This is asking and saying: A person was given coins to deliver to someone, and before he met the person, he needed the coins. Is it permissible for him to use them for his need?So the answer is: It is not permissible. And it was incumbent upon him, when he was given the coins, to say: I am afraid that he will need them; until he is given permission to dispose of them. As for without permission, it is not permissible.

The questioner: Even if he is confident that he will deliver them?Answer: Even if he is confident, a person cannot be trusted to pay even a single coin. A person may die suddenly, and the debt remains on his estate, and the heirs may deny it.

The questioner: In case of necessity?Answer: Never. Even in case of necessity, he would not take it, just as he would not eat carrion.

The questioner: But he disposed of it. What is required of him?Answer: Now he must seek the owner's permission. If the owner permits it, there is no blame on him.
