The second question of Fatwa number ( 20305 )
Q: Some people collect the deceased's wealth and place it next to the mushaf, then the attendees place their hands on it, and then they endow all of the heirs' wealth without their permission. What is the ruling on this?
A2: This action is invalid; because the deceased's wealth is a right of the heirs according to the division
of Allah, it is not permissible to take it from them except with their permission and their willing consent; due to the saying of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him):Sunan ad-Daraqutni 13:78 , and this endowment is invalid because it is injustice, and taking people's wealth without right. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
