A man performed 'Umrah, but his sa'y (walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah) was incomplete? The Shaykh: How was it incomplete? The questioner: He did not complete the sa'y (walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah). He is approximately fourteen years old.

The Shaykh: I mean: he had not reached puberty? The questioner: No.
He is an adult, so what is his obligation? The Shaykh: How did he not complete the sa'y? Did he leave off a lap, or what? The questioner: He left off a lap.

The Shaykh: Was the 'Umrah in Ramadan? The questioner: Yes.
In Ramadan.

The Shaykh: Inform him now that he is in a state of ihram (consecrated state of pilgrimage) and that it is obligatory for him to take off his clothes and put on the clothes of ihram from the place where he is, immediately, and go to Makkah and start the sa'y again; because he is still in his 'Umrah, so he must take off the ordinary clothes and put on the clothes of ihram, and not apply perfume, and not take anything from his hair or his nails.
