Wiping over leather socks for one who performed dry ablution while wearing them

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
May Allah forgive you! If a person purifies himself and puts on the leather socks, then travels and starts purifying himself with dry ablution without having wiped before, and then he finds water and wipes, when does the period for wiping begin?
Yes, if this man purified himself and traveled before he wiped, or after he wiped? The questioner: No, before he wiped.

The Shaykh: Before he wiped,We say: Now, as long as his purity is by dry ablution, it is not counted for him; but if he finds water, the precaution in his case, if three days have passed for him, is that he washes his feet. And if he started wiping from the first time he found water, he owes nothing; but the precaution is what puts the soul at ease,It should be said to him: If three days have passed from the state of impurity after which you performed dry ablution, take off the leather socks and wash the feet, yes.
